If your order arrives with damaged packaging or does not meet our quality standards upon opening, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with photos of the product and packaging. Freeze-dried products should be crisp and crunchy, while dehydrated products should be pliable and naturally chewy.
If we determine there was a packaging or product quality issue, we'll gladly replace the item or offer a refund. In some cases, we may ask that the opened product be returned so we can inspect it and continue improving our quality.
Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.
